Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow the timeframes mentioned on each product page to process your order. Expect an email within 4 business days with a mockup proof before proceeding to print.

PICKUP 
We do not offer pickup unless urgent and previously arranged.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout with a  list of carrier options, prices, and delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide! Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout. (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping since expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rebel Reflect is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted on custom items that are made especially for you. We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jojo@rebelreflect.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
