Bow Creative led the charge with full planning, styling, and coordination, transforming Jackalope’s already striking backdrop into a warm, layered experience. Sculptural florals by Flowers St Germain framed each space with artful restraint - creamy petals, soft greens, and airy movement guiding guests through every chapter of the celebration.
Inside the dining space, long linen-draped tables from Table Art Event Hire created a luxurious canvas for tonal styling. Soft gold accents, delicate candlelight, and thoughtful tablescape details set the mood for an evening that felt equal parts intimate and indulgent.
We were honoured to craft the stationery for the day, designed to weave seamlessly into the couple’s modern romantic direction. From curved silhouettes to soft tonal palettes and sculptural accents, each piece - menus, signage, keepsakes - was created to echo the gentle elegance threaded through the styling. Seeing them photographed so beautifully by Maegan Brown Moments was a dream.
Ceremony and reception spaces were brought to life with a mix of Friday Hire and Social Event Hire pieces, offering warmth and tactility - from timber chairs sunlit in the courtyard to refined table settings indoors. Every setting invited guests to slow down, take a breath, and really be present.
As the sun dipped, Hey Jack filled the evening with perfectly curated entertainment, while decadent flavours from Nobody Hates Cake added the sweetest finishing touch. Guests captured memories in the Oz Photobooth, departing with both keepsakes and the loveliest Madeline de Proust favours. Seamless transport by EV Tours Charter ensured everyone travelled effortlessly throughout the day.
